- In a pressure cooker heat oil add onion and Mutton fry it on medium flame then add ginger, garlic, salt and other spices..
- Add 2 glasses of water and pressure it for 15mins..
- Now check it out if the Mutton become tender, then add mint leaves green chilli and 5 glass of water let it boil for 5mins then add soaked rice. Mix it.then cover it and cook it on low flame..
