Ingredients of Multigrain Chakali
- You need 1 cup of Jowar flour.
- It's 1 cup of Bajari flour.
- You need 1 cup of Rice flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of Chana dal flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of Wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/2 litre of Oil.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 teaspoons of Ajwain.
- Prepare 2 teaspoons of Poppy seeds.
- Prepare 4 teaspoons of Sesame seeds.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- It's 3-4 teaspoons (as per taste) of Ginger garlic green chillies paste.
Multigrain Chakali instructions

First of all take all the flours in a heavy bottom pan and dry roast on low heat until nice aroma comes and it starts Changing colour.

Heat some water, add all the spices, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and Ajwain to hot water. Add salt also according to the taste.

In a mixing bowl take roasted mixed flours add 4 tablespoons of oil to it and mix well.
