- Prepare 4 of italian sausages cut in half lengthwise.
- It's 8 of slices havarti cheese.
- It's 4 tbsp of salsa.
- It's 8 of slices bacon.
- Prepare 8 of toothpicks.

- Fry sausage halves over medium high heat until both sides of each browned (~5-10mins).
- Remove from heat, place each half rounded side down, place 1 slice of cheese then spoon 1 tbsp of salsa over 4 of the halves, top with another slice of havarti and place the other half on top.
- Wrap each sausauge with 2 strips of bacon (wrap in opposite directions tightly) secure with toothpicks.
- Fry over medium heat until bacon is cooked to desired crispness on all sides (~ 15-20mins) serve with desired side(s), enjoy!.
