- Peel potatoes wash and fry. Keep aside.
- Dice your green and red pepper, chop onion and spring onion, then grate the Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic.
- In a pan add some oil follow by grated Scotch bonnet saute for 1mnt, add in peas, red kidney beans, soy sauce and sausage saute for 2mnts.
