  7. Take another heating pan, to that add 1 tsp of Butter, 2 tsp of All Purpose Flour (Maida) and roast for 1 min..
  8. Furthermore, add ½ cup of Milk and whisk 2 to 3 times so that there are no lumps formed..
  9. Add Milk in batches little by little and totally add 3 cup of Milk..
  10. Then take 1 piece of Onion, insert two Cloves in that Onion and put in a boiling Milk.
  11. Stir continuously on medium flame until sauce thickens and then remove the Onion..
  12. Then add ½ tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Sugar, ¼ tsp of Chilli Flakes, ¼ tsp of Oregano and ¼ tsp of Black Pepper powder and stir for more 4 to 5 Min..
  13. Now add boiled Pasta to the White Sauce and give nice mix..
  14. Then add the sautéed Veggies and mix well..
  15. Lastly add ½ cup of grated Mozzarella Cheese, mix well and serve hot..
