- You need 2 tbsp of Sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare of For the seasonings.
- It's 300 ml of Water from re-hydrating shiitake mushrooms.
- You need 2 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of each Sugar/mirin/sake.
