Once the mustard and cumin seeds crackle add curry leaves, onion then roast it in a low flame then add salt and turmeric, add ginger garlic paste, once the onion becomes brown add thotakura and mix it well then cover it with a lid and cook it in a low flame. Open the lid and mix well, add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder."
