Ingredients of Doodh Sawaiyaan

  1. It's 100 gm of Vermicelli(break it and make short lenghts).
  2. You need 1 ltr of Milk.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of sugar(to taste).
  4. You need 2 pieces of Cardamom.
  5. Prepare 2 tbs of Oil.
  6. Prepare of Dry fruits 5 pieces each(almonds,cashew,raisin,pistachio)tin cut in small pieces.

Doodh Sawaiyaan step by step

  1. Pour oil in a pan when oil become hot, add cardamom and lightly fry it.Add dry fruits and fry them too.
  2. Put vermicelli and fry it for 5 minutes.It will change the colour and texture. Turned little golden and soft.
  3. Now it's time to add milk.Mix it well.Milk will start to boil.keep stirring and cook it for 10 minutes..
  4. Cover the lid and let it cook for more 5 minutes on low flame..
  5. Check it's consistensy..it should not be too thick as it will thicken when refrejerated and should not too much liquid...
  6. Tip: If you feel it's thick add little milk and if is liquid cook it more..
  7. Garnish with dry fruits.Refrejerate and serve cold..
