- "Heat oil in pot.add sliced onion, ginger, garlic & fry to soft pink."
- "Mix red chilli powder, dhania powder & salt in dahi & beat well. When onions are soft, add dahi mixture in onion & fry till oil seprates."
- "Masala is fried& oil seprated.turn off heat.let it cool a bit. Take only masala in blender & blend nicely leaving oil in pot."
