You need 400 g of mushroom (large).
It's 1/4 tbsp of garlic powder.
It's 1 tbsp of pizza spices.
It's 1 tsp of tomato paste.
It's 1 tbsp of ketshup.
You need 1 tsp of mozerella cheese (grinded).

Pizza mushroom step by step

With a clean piece of cloth wipe the mushrooma.
Peel mushrooms' outer layer.
Remove mushrooms' roots, dice them finely and add to the pizza sauce.
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients well together.
Fill mushrooms with sauce, spread some mozerella cheese on top.
Enter preheated oven at 200 degrees C, for about 20 minutes or untill reached desired doneness.

Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in oven. I hated mushroom pizza as a kid, and I'm sure I'm not alone. I sauteed the mushrooms with fresh pressed garlic before adding to pizza.
